GCBI Class of 2015

Each year Great Commission Bible Institute brings in a new group of students.  I love getting to know each year's class and this year is no different.  Every single one of them is a treasure from the Lord and I'm so glad that He has brought them here.  I'm really going to miss these crazy kids and I know that they are going to go wherever the Lord is sending them with a little piece of Sebring!

Here's the beautiful Andrea!  Always willing to help out wherever she is needed and loves learning about the Word.  She's already volunteered to continue helping me with Date Night!

Next is the sweet (and sassy ;) Ashley.  She is super funny and a great hugger!  I will miss those hugs.

This girl has a great heart and is going to go and work with the people in Japan this summer!  Be praying for her!

Rebekah is one of our homegrown GCBIers.  She has one of the sweetest smiles and can always find the good in everything!

Zoe is a firecracker and loves working with children (especially babies).  As a new Christian she has a thirst for the Word and wants to see others grow too.  I can't wait to see what she does and am excited that she's staying nearby in Melbourne!

Dennis is also a local and has really grown to be a part of our church.  He has helped Ben Russell (my husband) a lot with the tech and sound ministry.

Luke is an amazing musician (and soccer player).  I've enjoyed his guitar playing on the worship team this year!

Jon is Dennis's younger brother, but you wouldn't know it!  He's a mature young man who loves to make people laugh.

Brianna can be shy, but she has a wonderful personality and is also a great artist!  You might catch her doodling in her notebook during breaks.

Each class is unique and is made up of people who love the Lord and want to know him better.  As a church we get the opportunity to witness it every year and watch them go through the process of studying the Word intensely.  We wish you luck class of 2015!  May the Lord bless you all!

Easter Weekend 2015

Easter weekend is one of the biggest and busiest weekends here at Grace Church.  Our church community comes together to serve our city community.  On Friday we clean around the property and prepare for the Easter event on Saturday.  This year we had a new feature for our Easter event and that was a huge maze!  There were 600 people that came to the A-MAZE-ing Easter Family Event and 6 people gave their lives to Christ!  Then on Sunday we had one giant Easter service.  This year was another big success and it's all because the work of His servants for His glory.

He is risen!
